Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering: shop name, owner name, email, phone, and billing details. We also store business data you enter — customers, measurements, orders, staff records, and financials.

  • Payment and billing information, processed securely via Razorpay
  • Device type, browser, IP address, and feature interaction logs (anonymized)

How We Use Your Data

Your data powers your DarzioTech experience. We use it solely to operate your account, process payments, send transactional emails and OTPs, provide support, and improve the platform.

  • Delivering and personalizing the platform to your boutique
  • Processing subscription payments and generating invoices
  • Sending OTPs, password reset links, and account notifications
  • Generating your business analytics, reports, and exports
  • Improving platform reliability and building new features

Data Storage & Retention

All data is stored on servers located in India, in compliance with applicable Indian data protection regulations. We retain your data for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after account termination, after which it is permanently and irreversibly deleted.

Encrypted backups are retained for up to 30 additional days for disaster recovery before being purged.

Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your personal data — ever. We share data only with the minimal service providers required to operate DarzioTech: Razorpay for payment processing and your configured SMTP server for email delivery.

We may disclose data if required by Indian law or a valid court order. We will notify you unless prohibited from doing so by law.

Your Rights Under DPDP Act 2023

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have clear rights over your personal data. To exercise any of these rights, contact our Data Protection Officer at support@darziotech.in.

Children's Privacy

DarzioTech is a professional business platform for adults operating tailoring boutiques. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under 18. If we discover such data was inadvertently collected, we will delete it immediately upon discovery.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our platform evolves. When material changes occur, we will notify registered users via email at least 14 days before the changes take effect and update the 'Last Updated' date above.
