Refund Policy

We believe in fair billing. Here's exactly when you can get a refund, how to request one, and what to expect.

Free Trial Policy

DarzioTech offers a free trial period so you can evaluate the Platform before committing. No credit card or payment information is required during the trial.

At the end of your trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan or allow your account to expire. No charges are made without your explicit consent.

Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your DarzioTech subscription at any time from your Account Settings → Subscription page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid billing period.

After cancellation, your account enters a read-only state until the period ends. Your data remains accessible for export during this window.

  • Monthly plans: cancellation effective at the end of the current month
  • Annual plans: cancellation effective at the end of the current annual period
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused days within a billing period by default
  • Data is retained for 90 days post-cancellation, then permanently deleted

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following circumstances, reviewed on a case-by-case basis by our billing team. All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the charge to support@darziotech.in.

  • Duplicate charges: if you were charged twice for the same period, a full refund is issued automatically
  • Technical failure: if DarzioTech experienced a prolonged outage (>24 hours) during your billing period, a pro-rated credit or refund is offered
  • Accidental renewal: if you forgot to cancel and were renewed within the last 48 hours and have not used the Platform, a full refund may be granted upon review
  • Annual plan, first 7 days: full refund available if requested within 7 days of initial annual purchase

Non-Refundable Situations

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Partial months or unused days within an active billing period (monthly plans)
  • Subscriptions cancelled after 7 days of an annual renewal
  • Trial-to-paid conversions where the trial period was fully utilized
  • Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service
  • Razorpay processing fees (these are non-recoverable from our end)

How to Request a Refund

Email support@darziotech.in with the subject line 'Refund Request' and include your registered email address, shop name, the transaction ID from your invoice, and the reason for the request.

Our billing team will respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days via Razorpay.

Billing Disputes

If you believe you have been charged incorrectly, please contact us at support@darziotech.in before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of billing disputes directly and quickly.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in immediate account suspension. We are committed to fair and transparent billing — please reach out first.
