Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using DarzioTech (the 'Platform'), operated by DarzioTech Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Hyderabad, India, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These terms apply to all users including shop owners, staff members, and trial accounts. Continued use constitutes full acceptance.

Platform License

DarzioTech grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your internal tailoring business operations. You may not resell, sublicense, or white-label the Platform in any form.

Your Account & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us at support@darziotech.in immediately upon any unauthorized access.

  • Each account is for a single tailoring business (one tenant)
  • Staff members may be invited with role-based access permissions
  • You must provide accurate and complete registration information
  • You bear full liability for activity conducted under your credentials

Subscription & Payment

DarzioTech offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR), processed securely via Razorpay. Prices may be updated with 30 days' prior notice.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. GST will be applied as applicable under Indian tax law.

  • Studio Plan: advanced analytics, multi-staff, and integrations
  • Annual billing offers a discount versus monthly pricing
  • Trial accounts do not require payment until conversion

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to misuse the Platform. Prohibited conduct includes:

  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code
  • Storing or transmitting malicious code or unlawful content
  • Scraping or bulk-exporting data via unauthorized automated means
  • Impersonating another user, business, or DarzioTech employee
  • Probing, scanning, or circumventing Platform security measures

Intellectual Property

All Platform software, UI, branding, and algorithms are owned by DarzioTech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and protected under Indian and international IP law.

Your business data — customers, orders, measurements, financials — remains your property. You may export it at any time from account settings.

Termination

Either party may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend accounts for terms violations with or without prior notice.

Upon termination, your data is retained for 90 days for export, then permanently deleted.

Limitation of Liability

DarzioTech is provided 'as-is'. To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, DarzioTech Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts paid by you in the preceding 12 months. Disputes are governed by the laws of Telangana, India and resolved in the courts of Hyderabad.
